Official Rules – Worst Tattoo Contest

1. Eligibility
The Worst Tattoo Contest (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Monumental Ink, affiliates, advertising/marketing agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible.

2. Contest Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from October 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. CST on October 31, 2025.

3. How to Enter

Participants must submit a clear photo of their tattoo through the contest submission page.

Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.

By entering, participants grant Monumental Ink and artist Cali Brown the right to use submitted images and stories for voting, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Entries containing explicit sexual content, hate symbols, or otherwise inappropriate imagery may be disqualified at the discretion of the contest organizers.
4. Voting Rounds

Round 1 Public Voting: November 1 – November 30, 2025. All valid entries will be posted for public vote. Each individual may vote once per day.

Finalist Voting: December 1 – December 14, 2025. The top three (3) entries with the most votes from Round 1 will advance to the final round of public voting.

Winner Announcement: December 20, 2025. The entry with the most votes in the final round will be declared the winner.

Organizers reserve the right to disqualify votes suspected of being fraudulent (bots, duplicate accounts, etc.).

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free professional tattoo cover-up by award-winning artist Cali Brown, valued up to $1000 or equivalent session.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.

Final cover-up design will be determined in collaboration with Cali Brown, but artist retains full discretion to ensure a professional and successful cover-up.

Winner must schedule and complete the cover-up session within TWELVE (12) MONTHS of the announcement date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:

Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of contest organizers, which are final and binding.

Release Monumental Ink, Cali Brown, affiliates, and agents from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or tattoo procedure.

Acknowledge that tattooing carries inherent risks, and winner assumes full responsibility for consenting to and receiving the cover-up.
